There is no tv available after I paid

However, upon my arrival, the TVs were not there. Despite the inventory indicating availability, they had no TVs in the back.

SmartHub Locked up after 15 months

It would constantly switch to SamsungTV broadcast, which was annoying, and then the SmartHub crashed and couldn't be fixed, making the TV worthless for me. I got about 15 months out of it. Just to have a tech come out would be $200, or I can get a similar/new TV for $230.

Netflix is not working properly

So, in order to see Netflix, I have to cold boot the TV every weeks. Something wrong, I do not know what is happening.

I'm very sorry you are experiencing issues with your Netflix app on the CU7000 TV. I have a few troubleshooting steps for you to try.
First, I recommend ensuring the Firmware on your TV is up to date. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update.
Next, I recommend ensuring the Netflix app is up to date by going to “Apps” on your Smart TV and selecting “Settings” from the top right corner. Next, select the Netflix app and select "Update," if available. If the issue persists or if there is no Update available, we will try deleting and reinstalling the app. To do so, navigate to “Apps” on your Smart TV and select “Settings” from the top right corner. Next, select the app. Finally, select Delete, and select Delete again to confirm.
Then, we will reinstall the app by returning to “Apps” on your Smart TV and selecting “Settings” from the top right corner. Click on “Netflix” and then select “Reinstall.”
