    Purchased this TV on 2/28/2024 and on 3/07/2025 i noticed a line of distorted pixels in the middle of screen. Its past the one year warranty and i didnt purchase the extended warranty. So it seems im stuck with a beautiful Tv with a defect that started about a year from purchase so be aware

    Everything looks good. Except Netflix app is keep hanging. So, in order to see Netflix, I have to cold boot the TV every weeks. Something wrong, I do not know what is happening.

      Hi there,

      I'm very sorry you are experiencing issues with your Netflix app on the CU7000 TV. I have a few troubleshooting steps for you to try.

      First, I recommend ensuring the Firmware on your TV is up to date. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update.

      Next, I recommend ensuring the Netflix app is up to date by going to “Apps” on your Smart TV and selecting “Settings” from the top right corner. Next, select the Netflix app and select "Update," if available. If the issue persists or if there is no Update available, we will try deleting and reinstalling the app. To do so, navigate to “Apps” on your Smart TV and select “Settings” from the top right corner. Next, select the app. Finally, select Delete, and select Delete again to confirm.

      Then, we will reinstall the app by returning to “Apps” on your Smart TV and selecting “Settings” from the top right corner. Click on “Netflix” and then select “Reinstall.”

    When I made my purchase at the store, they confirmed the TVs were in stock and I arranged to pick them up in the morning. However, upon my arrival, the TVs were not there. Despite the inventory indicating availability, they had no TVs in the back.

    The TV has high quality picture however it has not worked well with our xfinity. I have used 3 sets of high-speed hdmi cables. This may have fixed it. Time will tell.

If you have an analog cable box or satellite box, upgrade to a digital cable box or satellite box.     Power button must be pressed 4-5 times for program

    TV power button has to be pressed down for 4 or 5 minutes- sometimes have to reboot by turning on and off several times before program will actually start-this has to be done each time the tv is turned off and back on
