This tv gives out good resolution and sound is ok. Better to buy a sound bar. Got the Bose solo 5 and works great. Super easy setup.

NOT very smart, picture requires massive tweakong

It will not act as a hub. No Alexa app, no Smart things app, no Fire Stock app, nothing. YouTube, Netflix, and Vudu. Plus, you cant disable the annoying Free TV crap that comes with it. I paid $350 but would not pay a dime more for it again. The picture is fine once you customize your settings. After 2 hours, I had something I could live with. Cheap TV, cheap performance.

Good picture, bad viewing angles.

Specs are better than the 6900 series, closer to the 7100 series. The extra HDMI port is a benefit over the 6900 series. However as with most Samsung TVs the viewing angle is narrow. For my main viewing it doesn’t matter but if I and sitting at my desk working the angle is enough to have a noticeable affect on the picture quality. Overall happy with the tv for the price.
