I did my research, comparing this with the 7 and 8 series and the QLED series both on-line and at stores (before the pandemic hit). For my needs, this product fulfills it all -- occasional tv shows and ps4 games. I like how the pictures are crisp and how there is almost no lag playing those games. I'm sure there are better quality products out there -- but for the price and value, this product lies at the very sweet spot.

I bought this TV on sale after Thanksgiving because I wanted a larger TV for my family room. I debated between this one and a Sony Bravia. I ultimately went with the Samsung considering that's what all the rest of my TV's are. For the price point and series of the TV it doesn't disappoint. I have a newer series Samsung in the master bedroom and it's not a huge change in picture to go from one to the other. Worrks great with my Alexa as well.

Picture is great. Love the operating system. Soundbar connections are bit buggy and this is with using the Samsung Q70 soundbar that goes with it. System always defaults to optical over HDMI connection. Optical seems to have more issues with lip syncing. Sound bar should have wider range of lip sync adjustments. Sometimes I just go through TV speakers, which are very good for a TV, when I can’t sync it. Otherwise just excellent.

I purchased this around the Black Friday time period. It replaced my 12 year old 3D 1080 tv. Family is happy with the color and performance. I should have never looked at the oled’s when I upgraded. I keep thinking about it. This model will do until I upgrade it in a few years. I really hate setting up new TVs! They want too much information. They need to stream line the process.

Best Buy delivery was great, right on time and very polite delivery person... It did take me 3 weeks before I could find someone to help me lift the TV on top of the console where I could watch it. All in all, I finally got my TV up and working...Assembly was easy and the picture is great. I do hope it lasts longer than the LG I only had for 4 years before it totally went black. Thank You Best Buy!
