Really enjoying the tv and I’m loving the resolution on it.

Easy to set up. The picture not as good as my other Samsung Tv

The TV is less than 5 months old and is already experiencing video failure. The bottom-half of the screen is NOTICEABLY darker than the top-half of the screen. The issue goes in and out sometimes lasting for an entire day and sometimes completely gone for 2-3 days. I still give this TV 2 starts, even with the video issues I'm furious about, because I really like the setup of the smart menu. The TV could stand to have a few more inputs as well as it only contains 2 HDMI ports... I bought an HDMI switch to rectify that issue but it's still slightly annoying nevertheless.

Loved the TV, but a line in the screen developed in the screen and took it back to store. TV no longer carried at store. Liked Samsung, but staff was indifferent in helping me look or make a choice for a new one. Salespersons didn't seem really concerned.

We didn’t pay attention when we purchased this but it only has 2 HDMI ports. Not enough when you teenagers. Returned it without any troubles and got another Samsung with 3 HDMI ports.

I thought I was making a great purchase, but when I started experiencing a black screen out of no where I was left very disappointed. It goes completely black no picture or sound but tv is on(can change volume) and goes back on on its own. I called Best Buy to exchange but they only accept a 15 day exchange and I called on the 20th day. Still struggling with getting it fixed. Thanks a lot Best Buy

I bought this Samsung because it was on sale. At best the picture is adequate. It pixelates on non HD stations. But for the size and money it’s ok.

It’s a ok tv, not a fan of the picture quality it’s more like looking at a regular LED Tv instead of a 4K Tv.

Samsung 6 series 4K TV is basic entry level quality. Q series is better.

Its a good tv sometimes it makes a popping sound and had to buy a speaker to get make it sound good.

Cannot connect a VCR to this TV. So much for watching old family memories!

I purchased the tv in 2018 because it looked pretty. It has been a constant pain in the behind every since. Dark patches in my scene, tv turns itself off, volume sticking, & when I switch to Netflix, sound from regular tv keeps playing in the background until I shut off the direct tv box. Now it’s says memory is too low to install any apps...I only have 4 apps installed. Save your money on this one.

I don’t think this TV is 4K - the resolution seems like 720p. I’ve been projecting from a laptop, Roku and Apple TV and it makes everything look like it was painted with watercolors. Cheap TV that might do the basic job for a restaurant that doesn’t need good resolution.

nice tv for a beginner as this has basic features.
