Wireless Fail

Every time you turn on the TV you have to go to network settings to re-find your access point. Takes a minute to complete but this shouldn't be an issue in 2019. Samsung's answer is to run a hard cable as that provides better connectivity. I've bought an LG and think it's comparable on everything plus its wireless works.

Previous HD Samsung was great this one not as good in comparison for being a 4K. Frustrated that I can not have picture size adjust automatically when going from HD channels to standard Def. My older Samsung was able to. Obviously a TV issue not cable signal.

Bad HD 4K ULTRA TV

In this case I was definitely wrong. The picture and sound quality were horrible. The refresh rate is only 60htz which has been around since the 1990's. Best Buy was extremely kind and supportive and helped me purchase different much better TV.

Called Support and they can't do anything about it. Samsung Support sucks. If you don't mind the TV being on all the time then buy, otherwise I wouldn't waste your time in buying
