Maybe 3 years is the average lifespan of a TV now a days. I expect more I guess! Also I wish the remote had a light in it. On ti the next!

But after 3 weeks the screen went black. I have contacted Samsung and they are supposedly in the process of sending someone to fix it. You would think a brand new tv would last a whole lot longer. I have had my other tv for over 15 years with no issues. While it worked it was a great tv. Loved the sound and picture quality and size. Maybe I got a lemon. I would recommend it if you get a good one.
