    It is a beautiful TV But I cannot My speaker to sync with it. It does not have a place to plug in the speaker and it does not work wirelessly well. So that's my biggest problem

      I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing audio delay issues when pairing Bluetooth devices with your U7900 TV. Before using Bluetooth, please keep in mind the following:

      1. Bluetooth devices and Wi-Fi Speaker Surround Setup cannot be used at the same time.
      2. Compatibility issues may occur depending on the Bluetooth device - for example, some mobile-exclusive headphones may not work properly depending on the environment.
      3. Lip-sync (audio delay) errors can occur with certain Bluetooth setups.
      4. The TV and Bluetooth device may disconnect if the distance between them is too great or if there are obstacles.

      If the delay continues, we recommend using a wired connection (HDMI) for improved audio performance.

    The TV looks great, but barely works. I wish I would have returned it. It disconnects from the Wi-Fi constantly. I can't even watch a 20 minute episode wirhout the TV dropping the connecrion multiple times. It is infuriating. Every other device in my house works fine and has no connection issues; it's just this Samsung Tizen TV that can't function. I've tried resetting my gateway, my TV, and even changing the DNS. Nothing works. Avoid Samsung TVs at all costs.

      Thank you for sharing your experience. If your TV is having trouble maintaining a wireless connection, please try the following:

      1. Distance matters – Keep your TV within 50 feet of your router. Avoid placing the router behind walls, furniture, or electronic devices.
      2. Minimize interference – Turn off nearby wireless devices that may disrupt the signal.
      3. Power cycle both devices – Unplug the TV and router for 30 seconds, then plug them back in.
      4. Run diagnostics:
      o Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Smart Hub Connection Test
      o Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Wi-Fi
      5. Update firmware: Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now
      6. Factory reset (if needed): Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Reset > Factory Data Reset

    This tv was not it returned it for the tlc mq5k which was a way better tv the apps on this tv were not working

    58 inch samsung flatscreen N.I.B. destroyed

    If i could give negative stars it would more accurately describe my experience with best buy . I originally purchased this tv set on best buy.com , but chose to puck up at the local store in levitown, N.y. . When arriving home and unpacked the set , the screen was totally destroyed , cracked all over . After immediately bringing the set back to the store , i was told they couldent do anything for me , it was best buy.com responsibility, when I contacted the website , they told me the store itself was at fault . So back and forth , neither side of the same company ,neither taking responsibility, and blaming the other . Finally i had to have my credit card company step in . Final note i was a life time best buy customer, and will no longer shop there , and will do my best to spread the WORD . Dont use BEST BUY for any purchases either online or at the store. They are simply the worst . No customer service.

    Very disappointed with this TV. I’m not sure if I just got a lemon, but I have to restart it all the time because because it keeps locking up and freezing. It’s frustrating to deal with on a brand-new purchase. Based on this experience, I won’t be buying Samsung again. I’ll be going back to LG.

      Hi MattH,

      Thank you for sharing your experience with us. Please ensure your TV is running the latest Firmware, version 1132.0. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update. If this firmware version is not yet available on your TV, you can download the update on a USB drive and manually update your TV:

      1. On Samsung's website (upper right corner), go to: Support > Manual & Software > Find your TV model, and click on the Firmware – Upgrade File.
      2. When the file has finished downloading, locate it and then unzip it. There is normally one folder inside but there may be multiple files.
      3. Copy or move all of the files that were included in the zip file to a USB flash drive, but do not place them inside any other folders. If you place the software folders inside a folder on the USB flash drive, the TV or monitor will not find them.
      4. Connect the USB drive containing the software upgrade into a USB port on your device.
      5. Using your device's remote, navigate to and select Settings, then select All Settings, and then select Support. Select Software Update, select Update Now, and then select Yes if prompted.
      Your device will search the USB drive for update files. Follow the on-screen instructions to install the updated software. Updates usually take a few minutes; please do not turn off the TV until the update is complete. When the update is finished, it will restart automatically.

    Samsung Smart TV software is practically unusable, right out of the box the TV had an issue many of these TVs seem to have where the Smart Hub software is stuck updating and thus you cannot download ANY apps. I tried letting the TV sit, tried many different resets and manual resets and nothing. This TV is at least decent as a display for a Roku Stick that actually has software that can be used. If the idea of a smart TV is supposed to be convenience and ease of use this TV model has failed at both. If Samsung could focus on creating a reliable software for their TVs perhaps they’ll finally be usable. Overall you’re better off looking into LGs or Sony’s or even cheaper TVs such as TCLs or Hisense that have software that you can actually use out of the box.

      Thank you for your review. If you've successfully logged in to your Samsung Account but Smart Hub isn’t loading or functioning correctly, try the following steps:

      1. Check your internet connection: Go to Settings > Network > Network Status to confirm the TV is connected to a stable network.
      2. Cold boot your TV: With the TV on, press and hold the Power button on your remote until the TV turns off and back on. This can help clear temporary glitches.
      3. Reset Smart Hub: Go to Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Reset Smart Hub. This will reset Smart Hub apps and settings (you may need to log back into your apps).
      4. Check for firmware updates: Go to Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now to ensure you’re running the latest version.

    This television is impressive. Samsung provides numerous features at this price point. The picture quality is excellent, and its flat back simplifies attaching ambient lighting. When used with Hue Sync, it delivers an exceptional experience!
