The aesthetic is nice. It's touch screen so you have to be careful because it turns on. It isn't as easy to clean even though I tried immediately after cooking.

I have not yet picked up the item as my renovation is not at the point where this can happen. This rating is for all of the associates at my local best buy, Warwick RI. They are always so friendly and helpful. This includes their in home service.

The oven works great but the BestBuy installation was a nightmare. The third party BestBuy co tracked to install my range didn’t tighten the connection and this caused a major gas leak in my house. My husband and I had to evacuate u til the gas company came, unhooked the hose and installed it correctly. They said the leak was significant. Could have been a disaster. Naturally I called Best Buy immediately after it happened (three weeks ago) and I still haven’t heard back. Shame, shame.

This is an amazing top level unit. It is a little pricey. The ability to split open the oven is totally amazing. Comes with a wok adapter! WiFi works great. UI is really good. A little expensive but really worth it. The metal work is top notch quality.

We cook all the time at home and the new stove makes a world of difference. Duel ovens warm up fast and save gas on smaller baking needs. The variety of stove tops give me options to do a little of everything with much more control. and Talk about boiling water, the high power ring boils water in No time.

Great professional cook stove. Ahead of the rest. Love the ease of use.

rated high in consumer reports. I like how the oven door works. You can open 1/2 of the door and use only the top of the oven or you can open the whole door for full oven use. Bottom drawer is a warmer drawer. Convection and Air Fry capability.

Read the warning label. The First 2 or 3 times you use the oven it smells really bad. Had to open the window and vent. Other than that it works as aspected. Read the manual, there are a lot of goodies!

I am very satisfied with my new range. Took longer to setup than we expected, but worth the time. Since one of the main reasons I purchased this range was due to the Air-Fryer sticker on the front of the range, I was surprised to find the oven controls do not refer to an air fryer. I assume convection roast is listed in place of air fryer.

When I went into the store I thought I did not want a Samsung range and the sales person showed me all the features of this range and I changed my mind. I am glad I did. It is early, we have only had it for a month but so far so awesome!

I bought a duel fuel of this model and had failure within 2 weeks. Best buy took care of it. I switched to a all gas fuel for this model. Best buy gave me a credit for the price difference and sent me a gift card for my troubles. They rock.I understand things happen. It's how well they resolve it.

This is an awesome gas range and oven. It has smart features that track what you are cooking and even let you know if the meat is in the right temperature. It has safety features too to let you know if you still have the oven or gas open or evn lock the oven to not accidentally turn it on. good when you have small kids

This range is AMAZING! It has every feature you'd ever want and even some you never thought you'd want! We particularly love the timer feature that allows you to set the tell the oven to either stay warm or turn off completely after cooking. We cannot wait to use the double oven feature for the Holidays this year!
