The upper oven is strictly for convection or air, fry or broil

I should have upgraded years ago. The lack of a decent manual has made the range seem quirky (e.g., with the divider in, it only goes to 480°F but with the divider out, you can get to the full 550°F pizza making temperature). The burners are much more powerful and efficient than my old range so things get going faster. Even the small back burners perform well when cranked up. This one is proving worth the money.

Love the burner that is 23k btu and has a real small btu. This same burner fits a wok. The griddle has 2 different sides: a smooth side and a ridged side to cook meat. It hooks up with your cell phone, too. It comes with a meat probe, too. Love the dual ovens!!! Very Excited to start cooking with this Great Stove! Jo
