The best services from Best Buy and the best appliances! I will recommend this appliances to my friends and family and I highly recommend them to everyone who really wants to purchase a nice appliances. Firs I purchased the dishwasher and I couldn’t wait to get the amazing refrigerator, microwave and oven. Very easy to use, beautiful and they don’t get finger prints.

Great stove. Feels really high end. Burners are made in Italy! Wife is making the change from electric to gas. She burnt the taco shells the first night..lol. But other then that she loves it so far. Been about one week. Having a holiday baking party with her friend right now ...both top and bottoms ovens going cranking out cookies by the dozens. No issues

The gal that helped us in Best Buy actually paying for the product was great. As for the contracting company that was sent out to install our appliances, well that is another story. My entire house smelled like gas. After they left I noticed the front door of the oven wouldn’t shut. The middle rack wasn’t on correctly. The best part was they plugged the stove into the plug on my counter top! I pulled the stove away from the wall and they had installed a piece on the floor attached to my wall that didn’t even go there. The service workers apparently had no idea how to install the stove. We had to call the company to send someone back out and had to wait another few days for the stove to be setup correctly. Not cool at all. The only reason I didn’t catch this while I was home and they were installing was I was working from home. I checked just after they left and called to complain. The oven has been great and very even temperature. The air fryer does kinda smoke up the living room for few uses but that has seemed to go away now. You will need to read up on how it works since it has all the bells and whistles and is WIFI capability. Overall great oven just annoyed who Best Buy uses to send and set up the appliances.

The aesthetic is nice. It's touch screen so you have to be careful because it turns on. It isn't as easy to clean even though I tried immediately after cooking.

I had a great experience with my new stove. I am love this stove.

The oven works great but the BestBuy installation was a nightmare. The third party BestBuy co tracked to install my range didn’t tighten the connection and this caused a major gas leak in my house. My husband and I had to evacuate u til the gas company came, unhooked the hose and installed it correctly. They said the leak was significant. Could have been a disaster. Naturally I called Best Buy immediately after it happened (three weeks ago) and I still haven’t heard back. Shame, shame.

Displays Fingerprints every time it’s touched. Never again! Anytime it’s used, besides cleaning up dinner after a meal, you have to use glass cleaner to get rid of fingerprints.

Two stars seems like a harsh review, but let me explain this rating. First of all, this isn't the first of this model that I purchased... it's the second. The first one had to be returned because the large, high-heat burner stopped igniting after about 3 months of use. It certainly could have been repaired instead of being returned... but Samsung wanted to choose who was going to repair it and they had no one in my area available to do so. So they agreed to take it back... and I ordered another. Bear in mind that now I've got to pay again for someone to uninstall the old one and install the new one. Samsung stood behind their product, but it consumed a LOT of time on my part and I had to pay for a second install. So I've been using this model for over a year now and here's what I can tell you. (1) that large "griddle" burner in the middle is useless. Pancakes? Bacon? FORGET IT. It just doesn't get hot enough to do what a griddle should be able to do. (2) The control bezel on the front is a pain to clean because the burner knobs don't entirely come off. In addition, when you try to clean that touchscreen control area there's no way to say "I'm just trying to clean you, I'm not entering any cooking-related commands!". The thing goes nuts because it thinks you're making a bunch of selections on the touchscreen. Lastly, the "SmartThings" app. The one, single thing I wanted to be able to do was to put a frozen meal in the oven, go to work, and about an hour before leaving work (for example) send a command to the oven to heat to 375 degrees and cook for an hour. That way, I come in the door and my food is hot and ready to eat! So the first time I try it, the app let's me set the cooking mode, set the temperature and the time to cook. It looks like maybe this range is going to redeem itself! Then I optimistically select the "send to oven" command... and this thing says, "sending this recipe to oven. Press start on the oven to start cooking". Are you kidding me?? Why would anyone bother launching this app if they're actually standing right in front of the range and able to push the "start" button? A comically useless function undoubtedly influenced by the Samsung legal dept. In summary: if the burner on the first one hadn't failed and if it hadn't been such a time-consuming quest to get it fixed/replaced and if the griddle was actually able to cook something and if the "SmartThings" app wasn't so useless... I would have happily given a five star rating, instead of a two.

Amazing oven! So much better than our last one from 1995! I thought I could turn it on remotely using the SmartThings app, but I have not been able to do it yet. It just tells me it’s in safety mode or something. Starting it remotely was half the reason to buy this oven. But I still love it! I especially love the temperature probe. Makes cooking meat super easy and tasty in the oven!

Excellent features and even cooking. Made well and worth the price

I have not yet picked up the item as my renovation is not at the point where this can happen. This rating is for all of the associates at my local best buy, Warwick RI. They are always so friendly and helpful. This includes their in home service.

Love it so far. First gas range so that could bias me, but we cook and bake and roast a lot, and it's never done anything other than what we asked. It is heavy and our first one had to be returned due to dent in drawer, but everything worked out. I'd buy it again and recommend to friends. Note - we have not used the dual oven separation feature yet. Air fryer and dehydrate are cool tho.

Very satisfied purchase. It looks great with my kitchen cabinets.
