    so far the stove is OK - Best Buy isn't they failed to supply all the required parts - I had to purchase them AGAIN now the 24 'hour maximum maybe 48' hour"investigation has taken 1 1/2 weeks so far

    Purchased Nov 2022 ... convection fan went out after 6 months... now the oven doesn't heat ... you have to unplug and plug back in to "try" to get the oven to heat. I'm not sure anything is going to be done about after speaking to support both Bestbuy & Samsung :( $1000 junk that'll I'll have to purchase something else

    Oven won't maintain temperature

    Brand new oven will not maintain temperature. For example of the oven is set to Bake at 300 degrees, it will reach temperature but 20 min after it reaches temperature it dropped to 261 degrees. Best Buy replaced it with a brand new model as I was within the 60 days of purchase. Brand new model was just installed today and the issue persists. Seems to be an issue with this Samsung model. 5 stars for Best Buy customer service 1 star for the oven itself

    I don't have much experience with ovens, but this one is better than the previous ones. I'm enjoying the air fry feature: it does make food crispier than regular baking

    I love my new stove , I love that I can turn on or off the oven with my phone and the air fry feature works great, the food comes out crunchy without using oil

    The appliance was delivered damages (top was dented). It took almost two weeks to resolve the issue with BestBuy. One year and 10 days after the purchase (10 days after the warranty expiration) the display stopped working. Of course they said repairs would be at my cost and it will be just shy of 50% of the cost of a new one! It is a $1,000 disposable appliance! Budget $1,000 /year if you buy this!

    Great oven way better than what I had. But could do without the air fryer if you do not put something under that basket you will have a big disaster in your oven to clean up. Not to mention it will smoke like crazy and set off the smoke alarm definitely could have done without the disastrous nightmare. But other than that works great! Took off 1 star for the air frying could be better equipt to handle that.

    The main board died and the touch pad is not usable. It just shows a C-F2 error after 2 years from the purchase. One of the knobs has also come loose. Will not recommend at all.

    The control panel is not back lit. Makes it very difficult to push correct buttons if you dont have light on in kitchen

    Worst stove ever. We have had the worst lemon of an oven that I’ve ever had. We returned it after receiving it with the digital display not working. Received the next lemon. This one we have now replaced the gas starter on it 3 times! Do not buy!

    Seems like a good product but I didn’t look at it in detail. Advertised as an open box but it was used installed elsewhere first. Lots of hidden damages and worse of all missing the center griddle. I called but because it was an open box item they couldn’t help me. Also the receipt says in excellent conditions and is not. other that that it works great.

    Can't review something I haven't received yet. Ordered the stove on 11/28/23 and was to be delivered 12/28/23 and was notified it would now not be delivered until 1/27/24. Highly disappointed as I had to wing it through the holidays.
