Absolute junk
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased Nov 2022 ... convection fan went out after 6 months... now the oven doesn't heat ... you have to unplug and plug back in to "try" to get the oven to heat. I'm not sure anything is going to be done about after speaking to support both Bestbuy & Samsung :( $1000 junk that'll I'll have to purchase something else

Great oven

But could do without the air fryer if you do not put something under that basket you will have a big disaster in your oven to clean up. Not to mention it will smoke like crazy and set off the smoke alarm definitely could have done without the disastrous nightmare. But other than that works great! Took off 1 star for the air frying could be better equipt to handle that.

Missing Griddle / Used / Not in excellent Conditio

Advertised as an open box but it was used installed elsewhere first. Lots of hidden damages and worse of all missing the center griddle. I called but because it was an open box item they couldn’t help me. Also the receipt says in excellent conditions and is not. other that that it works great.

Stove on 2 month delay, Not happy

Each of the 4 burners have different flame ranges which is nice. I have used the convection oven to bake sweet potatoes and I have used the dehydrator for mushrooms. I'm looking forward to using more features as time permits.

Gas Leak

Not open box not a returned item from a previous customer. I know this range had a previous owner because of the flaws. When we used it for the first time we smelled GAS and had to call the Wisc. Electric Company to come to my home. They immediately disconnected the range and told us not to use it. We were told to call Best Buy to replace the range. My concern was that we ordered a NEW RANGE! Why was it leaking dangerous gas fumes? If the order was for a new range it should have delivered as "NEW". I looked at the range more closely and noticed that the Air Fryer had stains on it!. This delivery was not new. Calls were made to Best Buy regarding this matter but my family was still inconvenienced for a week waiting for an exchange. BE very careful and check your purchase right away. You can also call the manufacture to confirm if it was used or new. Hopefully that will be my only problem with this purchase.

Terrible purchase

We have had the worst lemon of an oven that I’ve ever had. We returned it after receiving it with the digital display not working. Received the next lemon. This one we have now replaced the gas starter on it 3 times! Do not buy!
