Love! Love! Love! Previous range was 20+ years. This is a refreshing upgrade. Sleek and connects to wifi. Haven't tried the air fryer yet, but I am most pleased, so far. Rocking & rolling

Delivery was delayed but that's the weather. So happy with stove, well made the air fryer option is amazing!

It works great. I have not used the Air Fry option yet, but have used the Range Top, Bake and Convection. The wifi connection is easy-to-setup.

Large oven with convection and air fryer features. Cons: 1. Build quality feels flimsy compared to previous range. 2. Control pad is frequently, intermittently, non-responsive. Buttons either do not work or lag input action, leading to erroneous temp and timer settings. 3. Possibly a function of large oven, preheat time is very long. 4. Stove audio alert/tone is an extraordinarily irritating three time repeat of an annoying tune. I am very surprised that, first, test groups did not note this and, secondly, that on a connected control system there is not a means of adjusting tones and behavior (like multiple ringtone selections on and cordless phone). 5. Timer alarm acknowledgement is poorly implemented. Once a timer sounds, a short touch of the timer button SHOULD kill the above mentioned long alert. It does not...you must press and hold the timer button for 3 seconds to acknowledge. Also, once the annoying three repeat tune ends on its own, it does not realarm if not acknowledged. 6. Converted to propane, with proper orifices installed, range of heat control on burners is very limited, essentially on full for 80-90% of knob range, then a very small amount of knob motion range to adjust flame level. 7. Rubber feet on stovetop grills melt. Have not been able to identify a replacement part at Samsung or major appliance parts vendors. 8. Unable to locate any parts other than manuals online when model number is entered, almost like it is a ghost range. I would NOT buy again.

Though fashionable, it seems like the oven is not heating as well as my old model. Everything is taking several minutes longer to bake. Still on the fence about recommending. Less expansive model may be just as good.

I bought this stove for my in-laws. They loved the modern look of it. The oven is ample and comes with racks that any cook will appreciate. The burners are stable and it comes with a griddle top too. Overall I am very happy with my purchase.

3 star for the BB service else would give it a 4 star easily. Product was purchased but waiting more than 1 month but delivery date appointment was never available. Spoke with BB reps for hours before they offered me this stove as replacement for my original purchase which was slightly different. The stove itself is elegant and does it jobs. The wifi enable device is very deceiving because you still need to manually turn it on after enabling the oven with wifi app. So the wifi is pretty much useless. The safety measures in place is understandable but advertising it as wifi device is not accurate. Other than that the product itself is very good looking.

I love my new oven. It works very well and I love the colors outside and inside. Suits my kitchen very well.

Built-in air fryer is a must! Didn’t realize this was a feature that I had to have.

I love this gas range with air fryer! I havent gotten it very dirty yet so i can't comment yet about that but its also very nice to look at, which is important in my open concept townhouse. The air fryer feature is fun and works great!

So far I love it. I read where other people said the air fryer didn’t work so well. That has not been my experience. It makes great french fries. Even pork chops are great fried in breadcrumbs in it.

Great oven/range! Cooks very evenly and is easy to clean.

We've only had this gas range for a couple of days, but so far we are very impressed with it. We can't wait to try out the No-Preheat Air Fry option, as well as bread proofing, and dehydrator functions in the near future.
