    I'm disappointed. My initial complaint was that the technology does not match the hype. I expected more control through my phone. I really don't need texts telling me that the the oven has reached the desired temperature, but i would like to know how many minutes are left on the timer. It doesn't do that. I also expected to be able to program the oven to, for example, change temperature after a designated number of minutes. It doesn't do that. Definitely a missed opportunity that wouldn't be that hard to program. Also, it only comes with 2 racks even though there are 7 positions. Having more cubic space is useless without enough racks to put food on. The range looks okay, but it is made of rather flimsy sheet metal. It's also hard to keep clean, but that's the fault of the surface material.

    Scratch Damage Easily

    It’s a beautuful range and the soze of the oven is large and roomy. However its not sturdy. The top silver surface scraches and gets damaged VERY easily. If you’re not gery careful with every move you make while cooking and cleaning, you will start seeing damage on it right away. I returned it within 3 weeks of purchase as it had several scratches already.

    Parts missing

    Some parts where missing and this was not mentioned on the sticker, I contacted the store if they could ship them to my address but I wasn't helped. I ended up by the new parts.

    Nice Features, but Numerous Flaws

    Large oven with convection and air fryer features. Cons: 1. Build quality feels flimsy compared to previous range. 2. Control pad is frequently, intermittently, non-responsive. Buttons either do not work or lag input action, leading to erroneous temp and timer settings. 3. Possibly a function of large oven, preheat time is very long. 4. Stove audio alert/tone is an extraordinarily irritating three time repeat of an annoying tune. I am very surprised that, first, test groups did not note this and, secondly, that on a connected control system there is not a means of adjusting tones and behavior (like multiple ringtone selections on and cordless phone). 5. Timer alarm acknowledgement is poorly implemented. Once a timer sounds, a short touch of the timer button SHOULD kill the above mentioned long alert. It does not...you must press and hold the timer button for 3 seconds to acknowledge. Also, once the annoying three repeat tune ends on its own, it does not realarm if not acknowledged. 6. Converted to propane, with proper orifices installed, range of heat control on burners is very limited, essentially on full for 80-90% of knob range, then a very small amount of knob motion range to adjust flame level. 7. Rubber feet on stovetop grills melt. Have not been able to identify a replacement part at Samsung or major appliance parts vendors. 8. Unable to locate any parts other than manuals online when model number is entered, almost like it is a ghost range. I would NOT buy again.

    Oven won't maintain temperature

    Brand new oven will not maintain temperature. For example of the oven is set to Bake at 300 degrees, it will reach temperature but 20 min after it reaches temperature it dropped to 261 degrees. Best Buy replaced it with a brand new model as I was within the 60 days of purchase. Brand new model was just installed today and the issue persists. Seems to be an issue with this Samsung model. 5 stars for Best Buy customer service 1 star for the oven itself

    NOT WORKING AFTER 1 YEAR

    The appliance was delivered damages (top was dented). It took almost two weeks to resolve the issue with BestBuy. One year and 10 days after the purchase (10 days after the warranty expiration) the display stopped working. Of course they said repairs would be at my cost and it will be just shy of 50% of the cost of a new one! It is a $1,000 disposable appliance! Budget $1,000 /year if you buy this!

    Missing Griddle / Used / Not in excellent Conditio

    Seems like a good product but I didn’t look at it in detail. Advertised as an open box but it was used installed elsewhere first. Lots of hidden damages and worse of all missing the center griddle. I called but because it was an open box item they couldn’t help me. Also the receipt says in excellent conditions and is not. other that that it works great.

    Stove on 2 month delay, Not happy

    Can't review something I haven't received yet. Ordered the stove on 11/28/23 and was to be delivered 12/28/23 and was notified it would now not be delivered until 1/27/24. Highly disappointed as I had to wing it through the holidays.

    Worst quality I have ever seen in a Samsung the noob in the stove all of the them broke on the 3rd month and I visited Best Buy and they didn’t send me a new one.

    bea cause of the burners lack of control and you cannot get burners adjusted to a extremely low flame has made this a very difficult stove to control

    Affordable nice looking range with air fryer.

    It’s nice looking range with air fryer. The price is good point. Delivery team was worst they started to pick fight and I had ask them leave the house otherwise I would call the cops on them.

    Samsung Stove

    Buyer Beware!

    Control board broke after only 2 years. A $500+ repair is required after a short while using this product. What's worse is that the replacement parts are very hard to procure with several places having unknown backorders.
