    Had a dent on it upon delivery, then when they tried to setme up for $100 off price incalled panama and got the god darn run around ill never order anything on line again absolutely ticked offf and wouldn't recommend best buy ro anyone

    Cast iron grates are not good. first came broken and replacement grates also broke in transit.

    I am very disappointed with this stove. I bought it months ago but unfortunately when I use the broiler the heat makes the dials of the stove so hot I can’t touch it. The stove flame isn’t spread out evenly either.

    Constant gas leaks

    Item was ultimately returned after one exchange. Both stoves leaked gas. Repairman do not carry gaskets to replace the faulty ones because of 3rd party mishandling.

    Control is pain . I have pay extra to get something better but more money doesn't always means better. Avoid it , don't buy, go with LG or simpler model. User manual is generic even doesn't have model number on it and doesn't tell you how to use the control

    I bought this one year and a month ago, and the oven has not been working since the last two months. I have spent $250 on parts and it still not work. I recommend looking for a different stove.

    I received our new stove yesterday and had to have the driver return it because it was damaged on the back side close to where the gas is to be connected.

    Bubbled up stove up

    Not happy at all!! The stovetop is not cleanable. I have tried degreaser, all purpose cleaner, glass cleaner and just soap and water. It’s even bubbled up. I just got it 2 1/2 months ago and I don’t want it I want to exchange it. Come on Best Buy do right by your customers

    I ordered LG range since July and now we are in November. The LG range came damaged for 4 times. They Asked me to pick another one. I picked the Samsung and it came damaged too. Unbelievable.
