    Bought this range just over three years ago and just after the extended warranty had lapsed. For the second time now I’m having to have the control and touchpad panel replaced because of failure. The first time it was because the buttons just didn’t work but this time it’s because it turns itself on, sometimes there is the F2 error but not always so the oven would run by itself. Samsung Refuses to do anything about this problem. Do not buy a Samsung appliance of any kind.

    Flawed Part - Frequent Issue

    The control board (based on my research) suffers FREQUENT burn outs, either the entire circuit board goes bad, the processor on the back burns out, or the wiring harness degrades. no matter what it means the touch panel no longer functions making the entire oven useless, and then only the range functions work

    We have been using for over two years. The oven temperature does not maintain as it should. The air fry option doesn't do anything more than the bake setting. Maybe its defective but that is what we have experienced. The stove top is awesome but difficult to clean.

    Terrible warranty

    This range is nice... BUT, the electronic console stopped working a few weeks after my girlfriends mother bought this for our brand new build adu. The technician came over to inspect it, and there was a couple bugs inside that had shorted it out. I had only been using it 2 weeks. But this invalidated the warranty as it was "infested". Keep in mind my home is literally a month old and spotless. Now I've got to go buy another electronic board at a free hundred bucks. Where did the bugs come from? I can only hypothesize... Won't be going back to best buy though.

    4 years and the oven quit working

    Loved this stove until today when the oven would only heat to 175. Its one of 3 issues-control panel, heating element, or thermostat. Well, id have to huy all three since i dont know which is the issue. Disappointing to say the least. Not even sure how to get repair service.

    Bought this stove 3 years ago all fours knobs are broken I’m off unable to turn on the stove I have to use a tool to help in the turn on process I spoke with Samsung they can’t replace them as the knobs are on back order they are $80 a piece plus tax I would never purchase another Samsung gas range

    Doesn't last

    It's a nice stove, had mine for less then 3 years and it stopped working. The stovetop works, but I can't use the oven. Reached out and was told it was out of warranty and it would be $250-$400 or more to diagnose and repair. Samsung use to be my go to brand...not anymore. If you're looking for dependable, keep looking. I would not recommend.

    Garbage with no replacement parts

    Touchpad stopped working when I wasn't even using it. Just randomly stopped working. Found out the $250 control board went bad and Samsung stopped making the part

    Not built to last

    I bought this oven about 2 1/2 yrs ago. I paid extra for the 2 yr warranty. And you guessed it, it broke after the warranty was no good. A C-F2 code flashed, and then it shut down. If you google, it seems to be a common occurrence. So now I have to decide if I should spend the money to repair it (will it break again in 2 years?) Or buy a whole DIFFERENT stove. New appliances should last more than 2 or 3 years

    Stopped working after 1 year.

    Worked well for about 1 year then completely quit. Bad warranty so now I have a $1000 lump in my kitchen unless I shell out another $500 to replace some parts. Would not recommend this one.

     I am very unfamiliar with modern technology, yet it was very simple to learn how to use the smart functions for the stove! I love this protest, probably one of the best purchases. I’ve made them home appliances!

    If you are considering a gas range pick anyone but this one. Problems with panel light, oven temperature not staying as set, lower drawer for storage practically worthless. The worst thing is the amount of heat on stovetop when using oven. Unacceptable. I see the price has dropped $600 since I puchased it.

    DO YOUR RESEARCH LOOK AT THE BAD REVIEWS !!

    DO NOT BUY! On thanksgiving the entire board turned off and showed C-F2 (as I see has happened to several other people) it will now be almost 1,000 to repair. At this point Im replacing it with a different product that isn't by samsung. A brand new oven should NOT be breaking down after a year and a half. Especially after paying so much money for it. Ridiculous.
