Just like the microwave touch and can be finicky at times. All features work great and the air fryer is amazing, never liked the small counter top, but this makes making meals quick and easy.

I have been using the stove for 2 months, and it works great. I am completely satisfied with the quality and looks of the gas stove. The only setback is that my gas connection is not flushed with the wall so my stove stays a couple of inches out apart from that it's just perfect. The delivery was effortless and the delivery personnel were professional. I would surely recommend it.

Needed a new oven as our old one died, we decided to go with something a bit nicer as it was on sale. The panel display is nice, everything feels very upscale, we specifically like knobs for the stove haha. You should be careful sliding pans across the top grate over the stovetops as the material of them scratched the bottom of one of our pans a bit, but now we know so it's easily avoided. When the oven is preheated or the timer goes off the sound the oven makes is VERY loud and while it is a musical sound, it becomes tiresome very quickly so unless you need a loud reminder to get your food, I would recommend changing it haha. Overall very happy with the oven, it works great and was easy enough to install.

Awesome!!! Would recommend to anyone! Air fry works great, plus no need to have extra appliance when this oven does it all. Quick and easy to use. Love the power burner and we use the middle for tortillas and pancakes. Versatile, better price than many other brands we were looking at and has more features. Don’t hesitate, this is a Best Buy!

The range is hotter than our old GE was, so we’re having to adjust to the enhanced efficiency. Same with the oven, it’s a quicker cook than what we were used to. These are good things, not bad. The tones it makes as audible cues are useful, and they remind me of the little song our Samsung washer and dryer play. I think Samsung could have cut the timing on their tone cues a little bit but it’s not obtrusive. We have yet to try the enhanced features like the Air Fry mode, partly because we had to order the Air Fry pan separately and it hasn’t arrived yet, and partly because my husband is nervous about messing up the new oven. We are working on integrating the app, so I can’t comment on that yet. So far we are really liking it. For a medium grade appliance ( versus a very high end Viking-type) it has a sturdy appearance and amazing efficiency. I very much like that it has metal knobs and seems easy to keep clean. The only thing I would caution about is that the stove grates are a little heavy, and lifting them up and out should be done carefully. I dinged our new matching microwave because I didn’t anticipate the weight of the stove grates. That’s not the stove’s fault, though. Overall, a great purchase.

We have had the stove only a few weeks, and so far so good. This review is really about the delivery and other issues with Best Buy service, which was not as professional as it could have been. The installers came and went very quickly. They leveled the stove, but it was not at the same height as the countertops next to it. They did not ask what height we wanted. They also did not point out how the stove could be, or could not be, positioned because of the existing house gas pipe. At the time of sale, the sales person should have mentioned that the stove back does not have an indented area suitable to accommodate an old style gas pipe that extends from the wall, which is the type of pipe many older homes have. We have to call a plumber to adjust the pipe so that the stove can be flush to the back wall. The other craziness involved trying to buy an extended warranty. There was no literature at the store about the 5-year warranty. We were told we had two weeks to decide. When we decided to buy the warranty, it was impossible to figure out who to get on the phone. The person we finally reachedc said we couldn't buy the warranty on the phone. Then we finally found someone who was able to sell us the warranty. It was an unnecessarily complicated transaction, and the Best Buy customer service people and their software seemed to be at a complete loss about how to sell the warranty. It took quite a bit of time on the phone to finally get the warranty. Lastly, at the store, it seemed to be impossible for me to buy the range on my account and have it delivered elsewhere with a different contact phone for delivery. Really? Does Best Buy believe that no one ever buys an appliance to give someone else for a gift? Clearly the software is not set up handle that circumstance.

Super easy to use. Quick preheating of oven and overall, far superior to any of my previous ovens. Also it looks nice.

I ordered this stove to replace my electric glass top. It heats very well in the oven, we are able to cook pizza at 550 degrees. The wifi is not very useful but tells you when its preheated and you can set timers if that is your thing. The stove top works very well and for a gas burner top is much easier to clean than the old gas style burners.

Works great, is beautiful, I just find it a little difficult to lock. My daughter likes to climb on the bottom using the over door handles to climb. I wish there was a manual lock rather than the buttons that are a little difficult to use.

I just want to start by saying this range is really great looking compared to other models I looked at while shopping and I’m happy with the purchase. I like the symmetrical design. The stainless steel is nice and bright compared to other stainless steel appliances I own, and It seems to clean easier too. I think performance is good and typical for a range at this price point. It does have different sized burners which is nice. One can be used for simmer while another is good for boiling a pot of water quickly, but this may also be a common feature. The Wi-Fi connectivity is nice because you can control the oven and get various notifications. The ovens air fry function was something I was interested in testing and I think it’s safe to say it works well, but it’s not going to replace my small counter top air fryer, specially for quick single servings.

We bought this because our electric KitchenAid gave up the ghost after 4 years. Honestly, I'm quite glad the old one did die because it became an excuse for me to switch to gas that I missed having from before we had our KitchenAid. We originally switched to electric because my wife hated the gas smell. When we switched back the gas smell was still there after I installed it. Turns out that when I did the installation it created some leaks between the shut-off valve and the hose. Luckily wife called the gas company and they came by for free and actually fixed it all up and used better sealant (apparently the yellow tape you put on the fittings isn't very good - use the putty instead). So far I've looked for every reason to cook with it. One of the coolest side benefits of this oven/range is the Air Fryer feature. I was pleasantly surprised it worked as good if not better than our existing countertop ninja fryer. Now I'm saving counter space too, plus this has TONS more space when doing air frying. I do recommend getting online and look up oven air fryer baskets and purchase one of those, they're cheap (<$20) and work great. My only complaint so far is I had a piece of a potato that happened to land on the bottom of the oven and fall into the burner opening and it smelled something awful in its process of becoming charcoal. It was a pain to get it out there are two screws in the back of the pan that you need to undo to get access to the bottom area. Lastly, as a nice bonus, I can check via my app to see if I left the stovetop or oven turned on which is a nice piece of mind when we go for trips and keep wondering. So in the end, I saved counter space by getting rid of the old air fryer, it works great, gas is SO much better than electric, and it looks wonderful. I'll update my review if I have any reliability issues down the road.

So far so good, but only have minor gripes...pressing the buttons isn't immediate, have to press and hold and the burner knobs are arranged kinda funny in relation to the burner they match up with...other than that, it works great!
