Smaller moka or espresso pots often feel unstable on certain stovetop grates. With base sizes ranging from about 2.44 inches for a 1-cup pot to 4.57 inches for an 18-cup pot, they do not always sit securely on standard burners. Using a metal trivet or reducer ring can help create a more stable surface and make brewing feel a lot smoother.

Thankfully since it took sitting here for hours seven times to actually get it delivered. What a cluster. But we used all of the functions. And the small griddle is nice for the two of us.
