Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The item is pretty awesome but my purchase process was not the best, the associate was very nice to us but not very knowledgeable about the item and we went to purchase in a emergency so we need it ASAP and we’re given a delivery date of the following Tuesday and we ended up getting the item that Saturday instead without any warnings or any communication whatsoever, I missed half day of work and had to crash course figure out dinner for our family (4) children (3) adults for the whole week , so overall very disappointed with your company , as far as the stove goes it is awesome and even better after reading the owners manual !

I had to pay out my pocket to get it install and put togther. When i paid for all that and for them to haul away the old one. After 6 calls 6 hours of on hold with different department the old stove still here. Never will i depend on best buy again.

After returning the third range, Best Buy refunded my money and I purchased a Maytag that I have not had any problems with.
