We started using this in December 2024 and we are not happy with it at all . Shuts off during use/or the clock resets for no reason.

Just spent an hour and 51 minutes trying to get instructions to lower the burner flame (at it's lowest setting). After almost 2 hours with support, they said there is no adjustment. It's difficult to pick a stove / oven without seeing it working. I love my samsung tv's so I tried their stove. Never again.

MOTHER BOARD and DISPLAY BOARD GONE. Very sparingly used. I have the same problem with other Samsung products. It costed me $460 to change the mother board. Now waiting for the technician to buy display board as it is out of stock and costs $147! Very annoying!
