But, igniter switch went one month after our purchase. They did send out a technician a week later and it is now working. Hope it stays that way. No more problems please.

Touch screen sucks

It sucks, I touch bake and then start and it turns off. I touch off and it doesn't turn off. And the timer, forget about that I barely touch the up button to increase time and it just starts going by ten minute increments, total junk and I paid a lot for this stupid range. Should have gotten the GE model

Great stove

Love the burners and the options for the stove which tells me on my tv or phone when the preheat is done. Cleans nicely. Just wish the center griddle was wider.

Will never purchase a Samsung again

I’ve spent more money getting it fixed than the stove cost. Oven temp doesn’t hold and heat escapes from the top back of the oven while cooking and fried the control panel. Bad design all around. Last time purchasing a Samsung

It’s easy to clean and comes with a self-cleaning feature. I just wish the capacitive buttons were more responsive, and the way smart functions work were easier to deal with.
