However, I am having a hard time setting up the clock and the instruction didn't include this part to help their customer to set up the clock.

Just don't trust entirely on the templates for the security alignment shoe, doesn't work at all, had to take my own measurements.

Had Geek Squad install it for her and with in a few hours I get a text with pictures "I love it, it cooks perfect!". So....so far so good!

But it is a good product if you can stand cleaning with chemicals.
