    First gas stove after 50 years of electric coils was something I should have done years ago, this stove along with digital controls and the instant heat up or down of gas is simply amazing, now I see why professional cooks demand gas,totally different animal. Plus the quality of Samsung is a win win situation. I'm a french cajun and down here we are serious cooks

    Had this stove for less than a week and it is displaying a "CF2" error which is not letting us use the oven and none of the keys on display are working!!! this is ridiculous DO NOT PURCHASE WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

    Were on year 2 with this stove, 3 knobs cracked and broke already. One of the burners doesn’t turn anymore so we cant use a burner…it sucks big time.

    We don't have a physical manual.We do not know how to set up the clock on the stove. The simple time wow. !! I wish we knew how to use it

    I'm disappointed with my purchase of this unit, I just purchase the stove last May 11 and then after a month of use I already encountered a malfunction wherein the C-F2 code appaeared in the panel board. After calling my complaint last Saturday, I hope the service repair will call me today.

    Just a beautiful stove . The setup was a little protracted because of the included manual. The application however is cool. Haven’t used the griddle, and make sure you cook off the smell when you set it up.

    Product was poor in the first year got messed up I bought the protection plan and ask geek to come fix it it took months to come supposedly it was fine after 3 months again stop working and again call to get help from the geek squad protection plan and it took them months then the range start to go on by itself that was scary and they never show up to fix it..

    Have had the stove a few weeks and so far so good. It replaced a nearly 25 year old stove. The raised grates seem to help prevent splattering on the stove top. The burners and oven heat up fast. Satisfied!

    I was not happy paying extra amount for the installment parts. I was told at the shop that my payment covered everything. Best Buy agreed on that term. What change all of a sudden?

    Purchased 6.0 cu ft Freestanding Gas Range at Best Buy. They delivered not working unit. Oven doesn't work-to much electronic, you can't set up a temp., doesn't show numbers. Don't buy! People in Customer Service don't help at all. Don't Buy!!!!!
