Oven not working properl

Brand new but the temperature only gets to 175. Spent a couple of days working with Samsung. All of my appliances and tvs are Samsung but not sure if I would purchase another oven

Repair man replaced touch pad and it did not fix it . They ordered a new computer board . The repair man was here today and that did not fix the problem either . BUYER BEWARE !!
