    I like my new range but was disappointed there were no instructions how to turn the oven on. I have not had the button controls before and was confused.

    I loved it till it error caused oven unusable

    I really loved the stove but sadly it got a C-F2 error after having it 1.5 years (and right before Thanksgiving cooking). Communication error between main circuit board and touchpad. Took a chance and replaced the touchpad (ribbon cable came with it) and still have the same error. If it is the main circuit board, it cost half the cost of what we paid for the stove. Oven is totally unusable. Will not buy another Samsung oven and don't won't buy another "Smart" oven. It's a gas stove so there is very little "Smart features" to use. Don't need fancy electronics on a stove, just something else to cause problems.

    Poor Quality - Avoid

    This range works great for a couple of years but soon the knobs will start breaking off. You can buy a pack of them pretty cheaply so it’s not that big of a deal. But soon after the igniters will start to fail, repeatedly. Ugh. I would choose a different brand. Also, for the love of God, avoid Samsung refrigerators at all costs.

    Bad customer relations

    I really like my stove/oven. The issue is that the factory authorized rep refused to fix my appliance. I had a rodent in my house to cut one wire. After spending an hour on the phone with a customer service rep that really didn’t speak that clear of English, they sent a factory authorized rep to my home to look at the stove. After refusing to fix it, I got back connected with customer service. It was a text and it took way over an hour for the people to refuse to sell me the part that’s needed for me to fix it. I went to about six different locations in Dallas, Texas, and could not find the part myself.. while it may appear, they have good customer service. Their whole point is to upsell you and to force you to buy a new one.! my advice to spend an extra 50 bucks and get a decent whirlpool.

    Easy to use. Our last gas stove last 26 years so making a change was an adjustment, but simplified by the newer technology.

    Horrible broken less than 3 years throwing code C-F2 barley ever used this until the past couple months now it doesn’t even work should last way longer than 3 years to begin with who can even afford all new appliances every couple years . I bought a matching dishwasher that just broke a couple months ago that was barely ever used .

    Stay Away

    Bought this Thanksgiving 2022 because the Samsung oven before it died right before Thanksgiving. Out of warranty of course. The new Samsung died again at Thanksgiving. It would not maintain the temperature and differed by 60+ degrees from the setting. Had service come out while still under warranty and this unpleasant man said there is nothing wrong with it. I even had photos of the temperature disparity. He just left. Warranty expired last week. Now my only alternative is to continually shut off the oven and reset the temperature to maintain the needed heat. Samsung is not what it used to be.

    Buyer Beware...

    After 1 year and 3 months, I recieved the C-F2 error code, which basically means the digital panel is no longer talking to the oven. I didn't buy the warranty and because of this Best Buy was not willing to work with me. The cost to fix the oven with Geek Squad was 80% of the cost of what I orginally paid for it. I'm disappointed in Best Buy's customer service. I bought a very old house within the last year and I can safely say, I won't be purchasing any further appliances from Best Buy in the future.

    Buyer Beware

    Do Not buy this stove. I have had it exactly 1 year and 2 weeks and an error code has disabled the entire oven function. Looking online many people have experienced the same problem. If they need to replace the touch control panel it is expensive. Because I am 2 weeks past my warranty Samsung will do nothing. But they did tell me to have a nice day :(

    Griddle Won't Clean Up

    I bought a Samsung range in January with a griddle. I used the griddle and cleaned it as per the manual. It would not clean up properly and so I complained to Samsung. They promised to send me a new griddle, but have not followed through on their promises despite numerous contacts. On the whole, the range works well, however, the griddle will not clean up and I will never use it again. But, most disappointing is the fact that in almost 7 months, they have not followed through on their promise to send me a replacement griddle, so the stove looks good and I can get rid of the griddle that will not clean up properly.

    Error code immediately after plugging in

    Set up everything and thought I was all set. Last step, I plugged the range in and received a C-F2 error code. Stove top worked but could not do anything else. Extremely disappointing to have a brand new product that is already defective within 30 seconds after plugging it in for the first time. Back to step one

Freestanding Gas Range with WiFi and Integrated Griddle - Stainless steel and the error code C-F2 to troubleshoot you can Press OFF/CLEAR, and then restart the oven. 2. If the problem persists, disconnect all power to the oven range for at least 30 seconds and then reconnect the power.

    OVEN IS BROKEN OUT OF THE BOX.

    Stove top worked fine. Error came on the stove display and when I called Samsung they told me I had to have a technician come out and fix something that I just bought. Never even got to use the oven. Bad product.
