We should have the option to give a product 0 stars, I am upset that I have to give this 1 star to write a review. This is THE WORST purchase I’ve made from Bestbuy. I was renovating my kitchen when I made my appliances purchase and didn’t realized that my stove was chipped and one of the knobs was defective/mislabel until a month after the purchase was made which was when my husband installed it. After 1 use and after cleaning the stove, the back had stains that didn’t come out no matter what cleanser I used! The metal grates started to peel as well and the rubber pieces at the bottom of the grates started to melt! Please take a look at my pictures so you can see what I’m referring to.
I called Bestbuy explaining the issues and they REFUSED to make an exchange. Unacceptable!! I am very disappointed about this whole situation. I’ve been a loyal costumer for more than 15 years! Spent thousands of dollars and they couldn’t make it right for me and my family. Well, this is the last time you’d get a penny from me I would not give you any business again.

I’ve owned this oven for a little I’ve two years. Everything works as it should but I do have some issues with temperature fluctuations. The temperature in the oven can fluctuate by over 50-75 degrees at times. I’ve tried to calibrate it but the issue still occurs. I assume it’s a thermometer issue.

Purchased this in Sept2021 and its Touch panel failed within 6months. Although it got replaced today under 1 year warranty, but am concerned about its long term performance. We purchased this after moving into our first time home purchase, and though to get our first Kitchen furnished with a quality Gas Range. Didn't expect this from Samsung, especially for the Front panel electronics to fail, taking down the Oven baking as well with it.

Perfect stove! Bought it a day before thanksgiving. It was easy to pick it up from the Best Buy and have it loaded up my car. The hook up was pretty straightforward.

Do not purchase. This did not last. Its been ayear and 2 months. Our stove got cf2 error . Customer support stated that its a communication error between circuts which sucks since its a smart oven . A repair person would need to come and repair it costing about 200$ . I did research and many people stated that this happened to them around the year mark too. Im not confident in samsungs appliances .
