Mother board went out after 11 months. Hard to set clock oven burns pretty much everthing...

Purchased 6.0 cu ft Freestanding Gas Range at Best Buy. They delivered not working unit. Oven doesn't work-to much electronic, you can't set up a temp., doesn't show numbers. Don't buy! People in Customer Service don't help at all. Don't Buy!!!!!

Beautiful piece of furniture, but unable to get it to work. Brand new but the temperature only gets to 175. Spent a couple of days working with Samsung. All of my appliances and tvs are Samsung but not sure if I would purchase another oven

we had this less than 2 months and the oven stopped working . Repair man replaced touch pad and it did not fix it . They ordered a new computer board . The repair man was here today and that did not fix the problem either .

This range has been amazing. Had it over a year with no issues. Had a nice led display and buttons that function flawlessly. Did have some trouble with the knobs breaking off but they were easily replaced. So far 5stars will update if anything changes!

This new Samsung gas rang model does not have any open space in back to hold the gas pipeline .. and therefore the gas range does not go all the way back with the wall and does not fit inline with the counter top.. very disappointed with this new design
