Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.very happy with salesman and so far product has been Great, Not real happy with how to put on and take off the door you might think you made it easier but when calling for assistance to get door off for insatll not one person at samsung was helpful, actually if it was not for your store empolyee who sold me the product I would say the experience after getting product and putting door in and 4 hours of no one at the call help number you have or the samsung side for questions for simple questions was horrific. So in a Nut shell when I bought the product the salesman was knowledgable and helpful but all you 1 800 numbers Suck. The two men that delivered where amazing also.

An amazing range!

There is a large burner under the griddle which makes the heat evenly dispersed on the griddle. The oven heats up quickly too. The app/WiFi connectivity functionality is very limited. I would like to be able to turn my oven on remotely, but all I can do is turn it off once it is on, and see if the stovetop is on. Other than that, everything is great and it seems like a well built range!

Could notice when light reflected off of it. This is the 2nd one i bought cause tye first one i bought they brought out out it in my truck as a display model but i rejected it cause it literally looked filthy and greasey. And as i disabled man getting help was terrible and debilitating on me to stand and try. No one wanted to acknowledge or be accountable.

However, I ordered this range in stainless steel and the range I received was black. The carton it was in was labelled as stainless steel so this was probably the manufacturer's error. After hauling this range 50 miles home, I did not bother to return it.
