Error code immediately after plugging in

Last step, I plugged the range in and received a C-F2 error code. Stove top worked but could not do anything else. Extremely disappointing to have a brand new product that is already defective within 30 seconds after plugging it in for the first time. Back to step one

I understand how frustrating this experience is for you and we like to help you through this experience about Samsung - 6.0 cu. ft. Freestanding Gas Range with WiFi and Integrated Griddle - Stainless steel and the error code C-F2 to troubleshoot you can Press OFF/CLEAR, and then restart the oven. 2. If the problem persists, disconnect all power to the oven range for at least 30 seconds and then reconnect the power.
You can check the product link and turn to page 45 for error codes.

Not a fan of Samsung anymore

OVEN IS BROKEN OUT OF THE BOX.

Error came on the stove display and when I called Samsung they told me I had to have a technician come out and fix something that I just bought. Never even got to use the oven. Bad product.
