The range itself is fine, But the accompanying user guides are useless and the online information is about the same. I'm amazed that they would do such an awful job.

At this point, A pile of hot rocks would have been an upgrade. We did our research and decided on the LG. However, once at the store, comparing side by side, the Samsung just felt sturdier. The knobs and oven door felt heftier. The range grating was more robust. The large front right burner was the deciding factor. Higher BTU's. The oven thermometer is accurate. I bought a stand alone thermometer to test it out. We haven't tried out the smart features yet.
