Burners, gas conversion kit (which Samsung provides) and trays were not included. Best Buy has given me the runaround and they are NOT helpful at all!

So far it’s been a great stove, burners are very controllable, the oven heat is very nice and even. My biggest complaint is preheating takes longer than I would expect. Maybe it’s just a gas thing since I’m coming from electric. Overall, would buy again.

A couple small knocks like the griddle takes up a portion of both sides, making it difficult to put pans on the other burners when it's being used. Maybe we're just not proficient with an air fryer, but when we used it the chips/fries were almost burned on the edges while rubbery in the middle. Also, that it isn't symmetrical, because there are three knobs on one side and two on the other. Those are pretty nit picky, overall it works great!

Grates are extremely heavy and flat all across which is something I did not realize was so nice. Gives very industrial feel. Controls with wireless allow for turning off oven, checking oven temp, changing temps, But if you want to preheat you have to preprogram or hit the button.

Purchased on sale while doing a kitchen remodel. Just installed and I am 4 days past the 15 day return window. My suggestion is to not buy from Bestbuy since they stand behind this giant piece of junk by doing nothing for the customer. Spent 3 hours on the phone to be told there is nothing that can be done. I’ve been an Elite Plus member for 10 years or more and this is the best they can do for me.
