Thats fine i went ahead and replaced it myself. 6 months later it went out again and replaced it once again. Now we are on to the 3rd one after just having this thing since June of 2022. I contacted Samsung and they would just like to sell me the part and do not want to help me out at all. If you want an unreliable product with terrible customer service I would definitely buy this!!

No more GE Cafe for us

Replaced a 2 year old GE Cafe platinum glass double oven. Will never buy another GE product. GE caught on fire and caught our home on fire. Samsung makes decent products for reasonable prices.

The food cooks on the outside and remains lukewarm and uncooked on the inside. Once cannot cook 2 items in the oven at once. The temperature, when set, cycles wildly up and down. Samsung said this is "normal". Samsung refuses to honor the warranty because there is no "product defect". I guess an oven which cooks food only on the outside, cannot cook 2 dishes at once and cycles in temperature is normal to Samsung.

Samsung coverage suck

Called Samsung tech regarding the matter, they sent over a technician to evaluate the problem. Said he could fix it then went get the parts and came back the next day and said the issue is not under warranty. I’ve always used Samsung appliances but not anymore. Would never purchase anything from Samsung again. Be aware if you decide on this product.

I used the air fryer about a week and half later. The air fryer did not work neither the convection oven, the fan did not work inside the stove. I called the geek squad they referred me to the Samsung team in the Philippines. I had a hard time understanding what they said. I told them I better go to my local Besr Buy.
