    So far it is very good. Delivery was on time and installation was quick and well done. The range itself is very nice. Time will tell, but so far so good!!

    Love my new slide in gas stove. Very pleased and looks high end. My only con is there's no manual on how to use the convection and air fry.

    The oven randomly shuts off. The Samsung community notes indicate this is a widespread problem and Samsung has no idea why this happens. We've learned to live with this. No more Samsung appliances for our household.

    Does not work well

    I bought this stove a year ago, from the first week I realized that the main burner did not work well sometimes it doesn't turn on automatically and I have to use a match to light it.I Called Samsung to request repair They came two times to repair it but the stove is the same with the same problem. It seems that I have an old stove that does not light well.

    Not working after a year

    Beautiful Range however weve only had it a little over a year and the oven will not work. Convection fan doesnt spin and the oven is stuck on preheat at 175 degress. Thats alot of money to spend on a product that has problems after a year!

    Oven has quirks I do not like. It takes sooo long to heat the oven to 400 F baking. The oven promotes Air Fryer but it is not an even heating and it ruins the wire rack coming wiht oven. A SMALL Air Fryer would be much better. The top burners work in reverse. The BLACK to shows every speck of dirt/grease and hard to clean top.

    See poor customer service review for the Samsung dishwasher. We wouldn’t have bought the oven except for the need of the dishwasher. The delivery team left the oven in the garage so I had to get a friend to help bring it in the house. Then we found they brought the wrong appliances.
