I’ve had this stove for 2 yrs now. Honestly it’s over priced. When you read the description it sounds fabulous but in reality…it’s jus a gas stove n oven. If you really cook and have a large family this isn’t the range for you. It serves its purpose but i wouldn’t have spent all that money on it. I could have just bought a basic gas range n been happy. The oven works really good tho and I like that you can plug in the thermometer however I’ve only used it once this last thanksgiving. The oven is very large and you can easily cook a 30lb turkey. However the oven racks aren’t that strong. The air fryer option is a total waste. We used it twice and it’s simply cooking it the same as using the convection oven option. Really doesn’t make sense to offer air frying on a gas oven. I’ve never used the Wi-Fi option. The knobs are super hard to clean. I have to use a steam cleaner to clean them and the lil rubber strip that runs along the top/front of the control panel. The gas also turns on strange…meaning when you turn the flame on it is at full flame instead of starting off low then turning it all the way up to high. Takes a lot of getting used and food was burned as a result. The self cleaning oven feature works really good. I can not figure out how to clean in between the oven door window tho. It is kind of finger print proof but not completely and the stainless steel scratches and dents very easily. The griddle and middle burner work good to brown buns but takes too long to cook other types of food and the burner gets clogged very easily. The front burners work really good and are a good size. I like that the right burner gets hotter for boiling n frying but the smaller flame in the middle of it is odd. If you want to turn it down to simmer it’s too small for larger pots/pans and doesn’t simmer very well at all. The front left burner should get hotter for frying n boiling like the right side does. The two back burners are super small and not good for larger pots/pans either. They should have just made all 4 burners the same size with the two front burners cooking at hotter temp for boiling n frying. Like I said…it serves its purpose but has a lot of flaws and unnecessary features and is over priced. I wouldn’t buy it again.

The gasoline hose came damaged and I have reported and yet to hear back.

Disclaimer: I've only had the range for about 5 weeks. Best Buy let us purchase the range for Labor Day sale price in December because when we went to purchase it in September, there was no stock for the Black Stainless Steel. The Best Buy sales reps were very up front about what was in stock and when things would realistically be back in stock, it was very helpful with planning and budgeting. I love this range, I was looking for a quality appliance (that wasn't $3K) in this design aesthetic. This specific range was nice because it didn't feature a lip around the sides that's meant to sit on the counter top, which made it more versatile for my kitchen set up. Also, for anyone who hasn't bought a slide in range before, this isn't counter depth. It will stick out maybe 2 inches max past your cabinets, unless the space has been specifically designed for a slide in. I have no complaints about functionality, every feature works as it should. The front panel is sensitive to touch, but not so overly sensitive that it turns something on when you brush against it. The air fry capability is a bonus, I like that Samsung gives you the pan included. The few times that I've air fried using the range, it took maybe 3-5 minutes longer than my counter top air fryer has with the same food. I don't consider this a con, more of an adjustment if you're not used to stainless steel appliances - this should only be cleaned with stainless steel cleaner and a cloth. If you use paper towel, the lint will show on the black range. If you use a heavy chemical or bleach cleaner, the range will look cloudy. Clean up isn't difficult or time consuming, you might just need to change products to maintain the appearance.

I have baked in the oven once on Christmas. I baked a turkey in a bag situated in a deep pan. Some grease spattered on the glass oven door and will not come off even tho I tried to clean it immediately.

This convection range with air fryer is very easy to use and it is versatile. It is another great, quality product put out by Samsung, and the finish is very nice and easy to clean!

This is my first Samsung range purchase and I can say I am very happy with my purchase. The range is great and has great features. The burners have a nice and even flame and cook food great. The oven is very spacious and love that you can preheat it with your phone. You can also see if any burners are on with the Samsung app. The stainless steel looks great and is fingerprint resistant. I also love the touch control panel. It is very easy to use and has touch lock so you can clean it. I can very easily recommend this range for someone that is looking to upgrade.
