Understand these things happen. Other then the defective burner, we love the Range. Install Tech made some calls and we were advised that Best Buy would exchange our defective unit for a new one and that a rep would contact us within a week to arrange for a new delivery date. That was 25 July 2023, have heard from no one? Last question in the Review asks if I would recommend this Item. I said yes, only because over all we like the Range and the fuction of the working burners, but if I was asked if I was Happy I would say No! Think that's Fair.

Went to store and bought gas range to replace electric range. Got home, changed mind, called main number to have order changed to another, more expensive model, same manufacturer. Delivery date in store and with support was 2 months out but I could order product online and have it delivered the next week. So support canceled the original order and I placed a new order on-line. My credit card got charged 3 times for the price of the range. It took several lengthy phone calls to get this all straightened out. I also purchased delivery, installation and conversion to LP gas as well. Was told gas line had to be installed prior to delivery, which made sense. But gas company said won't install line without range present for liability reasons. Anyway, range was delivered and partially installed by geek squad 3 days before gas company could install line. Gas company completed installation. I had to essentially pay for 2 installations (which negated the black Friday pricing) and go 3 days with no stove to cook on. So far range works well, looks nice, can't really say much else yet.
