Great product! I like the 20000 btu burner. Pretty design.

This range is awesome! Have not had a chance to utilize or test its full potential, but we are so looking forward to it.

Range is fantastic. Multiple options for using the oven and very easy to use.

The black looks amazing. I replaced a gas stove that had knobs that were too easy to activate. The knobs on the old range would be turned on simply by someone bumping it as they walked past. I also wanted this range because it has the temperature probe in the oven. This thing has every baking mode you could ever want nowadays. I just wish it came with the gliding rack that the oven I had at my old home did.

Ive had for a month now and I can say I am still please with purchase. I like how the nobs light up when the burners are on and everything works as it should. I suppose if I had a complaint it would be that the nob for oven is super sensitive along with the touch screen when trying to wipe down and clean they accidentally turn it on. But that won't keep me from giving this a 5 stars

After using our oven for a week, we have nothing but good things to say about it. It has an air fryer, thermometer, and links to your phone. Love the lights on the burner handles. It's a cool stove, the black stainless steel is great, but we're only a week in.

I Love my stove it’s stainless steel on the top not the black material that bubbles up and you can’t scrub because it falls off it’s easy to work. Very sturdy buttons and easy to use and clean. I bake a ton and my baking comes out perfectly every time.

Great product easy to use and install. Air fryer is amazing. Easy to hook up to the internet.

My oven broke down after 15 years so I decided it was time for a new one. We never have thought Samsung or purchasing from Best Buy but I couldn’t be more thrilled that I did and even happier that I purchased this oven which has so many features. I’ve never been so excited about having an appliance in my life, highly recommend this stove. The air fryer is amazing and I’m excited to try the dehydrator

As we were upgrading our appliances for our kitchen renovations, we wanted a smart oven with airfryer features. This oven hits the mark with all of it. Great looks, awesome features and so easy to use. Love cooking with gas. The griddle top is awesome for making bacon. Really, really love this oven.

We purchased in Oct 2021. Great range and easy to clean. Impressed with installation. Installer had to cut hardwood floor near gas valve to repair house builders error (gas valve would not close). Installer then reinstalled the hardwood. Installer also provided CO2 monitor and set up county inspection. Installer did not charge any extra dollars for this work.

This range is truly excellent but has a learning curve. We’ve had it for a few weeks now and we’ve figured out how to use all the bells and whistles. It’s a really solid product. We love the oven. The baking and roasting performance blows our old range out of the water. The included cast iron grill/griddle is really fantastic. The two front burners are a little challenging to use with our pots and pans. The flames are so wide, in order to get full use of the wide range of the flame, you need to invest in wide pots and pans for high temperature cooking which we ultimately did. Hestan NanoBond pans pair really well with this range. They handle the heat this thing puts off way better than our old ones. We love to sear and wok cook, which this range is really best suited for. The simmer performance is a bit disappointing, but understandable. Overall, we’re extremely satisfied with the range and it’s serving up 5 dinners a week like a champ.

Great stove with lots of options and technology. Love the smart dial, led lights behind the burner knobs and removable grills for ease of cleaning. WiFi should have been A LOT easier to connect than it was...many hours of tech support. Can't connect in a mesh WiFi network - not smart enough smart stove! Love the air fry and in oven thermometer for fine control cooking.

Awesome stove can’t think of anything negative however I wish the griddle got a bit hotter. The high btu gold burner is professional grade. You will not be disappointed works with my smart hub fridge and app flawlessly. You can also tell from the app of the oven is on and the individual burners of you leave the house and wonder if you left the stove on.

Love this stove. Makes cooking looks good and stylish. Now I want to be in the kitchen, making every meal. The stove has everything from air frying, baking, grilling, the small screen makes everything easy with a push of a button. Also, the knobs turn blue, when it is on. Great safety feature if you forget to turn off the gas.
