||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I brought the stove and in less than 6 months the oven stopped working, I also purchased the geek protection and was told I had to go through Samsung the frist year for any issuers, so why did I pay for a 5 year geek protection ? which at this point Samsung is difficult to get a resolution I’ve gone all the way up to cooperate Samsung with no resolution, I’ve been without a oven for 4 weeks with a personal medical condition that out me at risk and there is no compassion or help I am contacting better business bureau and all social networks, to get help

We had one issue which is not actually functioning of the gas range but the door was locked and could not be opened. We reached out to Geek Squad and manufacturer and their response was appreciated. Funny, the issue got resolved on it's own and has not returned ever since.
