The range is wonderful, looks awesome and cooks great, the three stars are due to missing parts, one of the burner caps was missing when delivered and now I cant get bestbuy to respond no matter how much I call or write!

Simple owners manual not helpful. Customer service not helpful when trying to get more information on features of the range. Said i had to pay for printed booklet of owners manual.

Love the tuscan color! Really like details such as the air fryer, knobs that light up blue when on, griddle to bands a few. Sleek look, with knobs on the front!

Love it! First thing we used was the pancake griddle on the top in the middle. It works well and looks amazing with the matching appliances.

I brought the stove and in less than 6 months the oven stopped working, I also purchased the geek protection and was told I had to go through Samsung the frist year for any issuers, so why did I pay for a 5 year geek protection ? which at this point Samsung is difficult to get a resolution I’ve gone all the way up to cooperate Samsung with no resolution, I’ve been without a oven for 4 weeks with a personal medical condition that out me at risk and there is no compassion or help I am contacting better business bureau and all social networks, to get help

The stove is amazing. The only problem I have is one of the burners goes off on a low setting and the kitchen smells of gas. Hopefully, Samsung can fix it.

First one arrived and would not maintain the heat in the oven. Had it replaced, and the new one is working great so far.

Great gas range with a lot of options. We had one issue which is not actually functioning of the gas range but the door was locked and could not be opened. We reached out to Geek Squad and manufacturer and their response was appreciated. Funny, the issue got resolved on it's own and has not returned ever since.

Fancy range, poor design and uneven heat dispersion. Samsung engineers need to work with household everyday home cooks rather than chefs. You do not need so much BTUs for home. Also all the burners need to have an inner and outer flame vents to provide even distribution of heat. The range has a rubber sealing in the front which is hard to clean. The back of the range gets dirty and it is impossible to clean it. The middle burner should be really powerful for grilling and it is almost unusable. You smell gas when cooking. We had someone recheck our connections and the smell only comes when cooking. I gave one star for the blue light when the burner is on. Samsung, go talk to an Indian company that makes such cooktops and try to implement that simple but super effective design. On and I forgot to mention, 400F oven temp is actually 380F inside. Get it right and send me one to test it Samsung.
