Fancy range, poor design and uneven heat dispersion. Samsung engineers need to work with household everyday home cooks rather than chefs. You do not need so much BTUs for home. Also all the burners need to have an inner and outer flame vents to provide even distribution of heat. The range has a rubber sealing in the front which is hard to clean. The back of the range gets dirty and it is impossible to clean it. The middle burner should be really powerful for grilling and it is almost unusable. You smell gas when cooking. We had someone recheck our connections and the smell only comes when cooking. I gave one star for the blue light when the burner is on. Samsung, go talk to an Indian company that makes such cooktops and try to implement that simple but super effective design. On and I forgot to mention, 400F oven temp is actually 380F inside. Get it right and send me one to test it Samsung.

Love the convection oven for baking. Easy to operate the control knob.

Not even 2 years old and the oven has stopped working. Best Buy total tech member and it's going to cost $99 to have a tech come repair. Total tech repair call center is based outside of the US and they do not understand what needs repaired, they scheduled my microwave to be fixed.... what a nightmare dealing with this.

This range replaces a 20+ year old range...all I can say is WOW! The smart dial makes using the oven effortless and the power burner boils water in a flash...it's almost too beautiful to use! What a fantastic upgrade for my kitchen!

I bought it and it never worked well, they didn't want to take advantage of the warranty, it was missing parts. The technician said that they had hit it, which is a lie. That's how I bought it. I had to compare another unit somewhere else, not with Best Bay. Check their merchandise from the outlets and Samsun didn't want to take responsibility either, so I lost my 1,300 dollars that I'm still paying.

Horrible oven. This one was returned 3 times! Each one that came a problem! The last one that came the fab was making a LOUD horrid buzzing sound. Needless to say I decided to purchase the GE Cafe. There is no comparative to the cafe. Don’t waste your money on any Samsung appliances. I bought a Samsung fridge years ago I should have known from that experience not to bother with buying an oven. The fridge waterline stop working. Was told the entire freezer door would need replacing in order to fix the waterline system that’s build into the door -that fix $1000. It went into my garage for years as a back up fridge.

i need a book with this stove to know how to use it no books with it

Scratched top within first week.buttons get hit and turned on whenever standing close for stove or microwave access.

This is a really beautiful unit. It comes with an adapter for using a wok! The UI is really smooth. The WiFi works flawlessly. A little pricey, but I would totally buy it again. The quality of the metal work is excellent.

I like this gas range very much! It really looks great in my kitchen. It is serving its purpose well. I got a good deal in this great appliance from Best Buy!

Our range failed on us and we purchased this one great but got it on sale. WiFi capability come in handy when cooking. Air fryer ability is ok but not desired takes too long

I really like the Samsung stove we purchased. It heats and bakes consistently, not to mention it great looking.

I like the design of it the wifi is a plus but a little disappointing of the functionality of it . You should have been able to control everything on the app with out physically being in front of the stove.

Love Samsung’s new Tuscan color. Fits perfectly with my style. My daughter loves the oven, she’s picked up baking. Can’t wait to get the other matching appliances.

I love all the features it has. I love the smart dial. The gas oven and the stove cook incredibly well and accurate. Last but least I love the color!!!

Looks great with Quartz counter tops. Fiancé was second guessing the color choice, but she quickly agreed it matched.

We did have to recalibrate the oven, as it was not accurate in temperature readings initially. Also, the first range we had to return due to immediate errors indicated.

Beautiful and lots of features! If I am being honest, I probably paid a bit too much but absolutely love the color!
