Who's Responsible for Adjustments?

The air fry feature makes a total mess in the whole oven. Would rather have a small stand alone for air fry, easier to clean. Beautiful oven. Wants to turn on every time the oven door is open. Need to be careful to always turn the oven off if oven door is opened.

A little quirky...

I had high expectations because of Samsung's technology, brand reputation, and the price I paid. However, I am finding the oven control is more complex than it should be. The oven temperature seems to be off considerably (lower) from what it says to what we experience. Also, the air fryer takes some getting used to for it to be used effectively.

Samsung Gas not working.

We thought gas wasn’t making it to the stove but when i unhooked the gas line you can smell the gas on both ends of the line. There is no hissing sound of gas making it to the burners when moving to lite or hi on the dials.

Samsung Stove is not good

Poor quality - Do not recommend

Then the oven stopped working and it will be $850 to fix it. Warranty expires after 12 months so we will not be fixing this oven. I do not recommend this oven at all.

The fan in the back of the range rattles when the oven is on and I have to hit the back of the range for it to stop making noise.

Had it for a year and a half and we're on our third repair. Happy we have TotalTech, but disappointed in this purchase.

Great performance and high tech features
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We have had this range for a week - and so far I'm fairly pleased with it. We replaced a 15-16 year old Kitchen Aid slide in range and I thought that range had a lot of features, but the Samsung definitely delivers in the bells and whistles category. The good - This is a fantastic looking appliance. The stovetop burners deliver a lot of thermal output. Boiling a large pot of water takes no time and using a wok gives ample heat to keep the entire wok at a good cooking temperature. Knobs light up to tell you if and which burner is currently lit/delivering gas. The smart dial is intuitive and easy to use. The oven is huge - it's significantly deeper and taller than my last range. The built in meat probe is a great addition. A few cons - The griddle - The griddle sits in the middle of the stove and has a large oval burner under it. It's a nice, solid chunk of cast iron - but it takes FOREVER to get hot and even after 10 minutes the center of the griddle measured with an infrared thermometer barely gets to 350 degrees. Good for grilled cheese, maybe a few pancakes, but definitely could have used a higher output burner for the griddle. Smart Connectivity - Like everything nowadays, IoT has crept into our major appliances. The Samsung SmartThings app is fairly intuitive, and if you have a bunch of Samsung appliances you can get status on everything. Waiting on the rest of my kitchen suite to come in, and the Wi-Fi adaptors for our laundry pair to come in to see how it all works together - but my big gripe here is that the app does not allow you to start the stove remotely. I can set a cooking program via the app or via Alexa integration - "Alexa, set the range to bake at 425" but I still have to walk over to the stove to set it up to pre-heat. It is my understanding this is some kind of safety feature, but the electric oven does not have this restriction which renders the voice / remote control kind of useless. If you are one of those folks who worries about "did I turn the stove off?" after you have left home, you can check the status of all five burners and the oven via the app though. The other con is that the front smart dial panel and the knobs show fingerprints and cooking fallout easily - it's a chore to keep this thing looking brand new - but that seems to be the way with all of the newer smart appliances with high gloss black touch panels and finishes. Ours also arrived with a dented bottom drawer - the stainless on this one seems a bit thinner than my older Kitchen Aid, but I attribute that to things simply not being made as well as they used to be. Keeping this range clean otherwise so far has been fairly easy, however I did opt to get a StoveGuard cover for the top to make cleanup even easier. Overall, I'd buy this again. My biggest concerns are that things just don't last nowadays and I see the smart control being a point of failure. Maybe I'll be proven wrong, but I did opt for the extended warranty as the more bleeding edge you are with bells and whistles, the higher the likelihood that something will end up costing you down the road.

Worse Rang Ever

Took over a month to be delivered and installed. Three weeks after it was installed oven stopped working. It will not heat above 175 and I cannot get anyone to help. DO NOT BUY.

It does not burn
