Samsung Stove

Samsung has a Nice product , we love the dial and BT option, we cooked Thanksgiving dinner and he loved the thermometer you hook up inside the oven and when the turkey hit its internal temp , the stove notified it was done, the Air fryer is a nice touch and no wasted space , even on top of the stove , I love how the stove is flush to the wall, my kitchen seems more open like this and fingers crossed this stove lasts us just as long. The only issue we have had is that the cord is not long enough to reach the outlet.

I use the blue light that comes on when the burner is being used as a safety measure. I've left burners on before, not anymore! The oven is huge, and the large double-burner is fantastic.

My oven is only 4 years old. for the cost $2600. I should not be requiring any repairs. I remember growing up appliance lasted at least 9-10 years before needing repairing.

I brought this oven two years ago and now the issues are starting to show. The power burner does not ignite as it should, I have to try at least two times before it ignites and now the motor for the door lock is malfunctioning, got an error code called Samsung and they suggested I trade-in and buy a new one since I failed to get the extended warranty. To fix the issue its going to cost $400+. At this point I mind as well get a new oven but it will not be a Samsung.

Faulty igniters?
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this product in 2020 delivered on Christmas Eve only for the igniter not to work! Had to wait until after the holiday to get a replacement range. Less than two years later on Christmas Eve it goes out. No change in glow color warning nothing. Just stops heating during cooking. It's been a month and still can't get the part to replace the igniter. So second range down and two holiday seasons without the oven to prepare dinner is absolutely ridiculous. I even tried to get repair service through manufacturer directly, to no avail. Just emails on we're going to reach out to schedule repair and no follow up. Never again! No more of this brand's appliances for me.

I can’t get the oven to work properly, it seems to continue back to 175* even though 350* is what I want. I called support and after virtual assistance called back and got placed in que, called back by a woman who told me, “well it should work”. Really helpful as I actually purchased it to work as an oven and stove, hmm I did see someone else had an issue and someone responded here with ticket number and contact methods

I see you are concerned the the temperature change when you set it to a certain temperature on the control panel. This is normal and the unit will stay at the 175 degree until it starts to raise higher. The unit will show the climb in degrees during preheat. Thank you for choosing Samsung. ^Brad
