Everything tastes better

We remodeled are kitchen and wanted to get something with out controls in the back . The stove looks great, but amazingly the food tastes better . This was a big surprise , it.cooks faster then previous oven and the food has more moisture , it's never dry This purchase is money well spent

Broken burner contol knobs

Junk don't my

My stoves control panel constantly stops responding and only way to restore it is to unplug the stove. Samsung only give 1 year warranty for this hot pile of garbage. The knobs are cheap plastic that break after a few months of regular use

In addition, the two gentlemen that came to delivery it were quick and thorough, not to mention very nice fellows. You really have it together. Thanks so much.

Don't do it!!

Within a week of purchasing this stove the control pad locked up and nothing we did would fix it. It was not "locked" but the buttons wouldn't work. I had to unplug it to reboot the control pad. I though it was a fluke but sure enough within the next few days it happened twice more. We requested a replacement hoping it was just this one but nope. The second one came and again within a few days the pad was locked up again. I am currently waiting for them to pick this second one up and replace it with another brand. Nice looking but terrible quality.

Very professional. They were on time, courteous and worked very quickly. FANTASTICN DELIVERY! They were so good, that I am more inclined to buy another appliance from BEST BUY !

Good stove worth the price

I prefer our LG double oven on the main floor but at a much cheaper price, this is an excellent product.

Does not come with rear filler kit

I tried reaching out to Samsung customer service for the replacement and they sent a completely different part. Should have sent DG94-00915A, but I received DG94-03689B which is an ASSY Bracket supporter. Beware Samsung customer service since they will unlikely actually help if you purchase.
