Great Stove!

The oven works exceptionally well and the quality and look of the product is outstanding!

Smarter then your average range

I wish that was a long one

We searched every major store and ended up at Beat Buy as they had immediate availability and delivery service was quick and the price was competitive.

Issues Already!

I used the oven once this week. Tonight when I attempted to turn the oven on to do my Christmas baking, nothing happened! The control panel was not working! After panicking for a few minutes I search the internet for a solution and apparently this is a known problem with Samsung ranges. I’m sorry but I don’t like paying over $900 for an appliance with a panel/circuit issue! I unplugged it and plugged it back in and that corrected the problem for now. It’s ridiculous that this issue has started after only having this range for 3 days!!!! I’m highly disappointed and really think I will be returning this!

Disappointed but optimistic

The clock is on so no issue with power. Used in the AM. Noticed the oven light was on. Panel is frozen and won’t let me do anything. Service can’t get here for a week. Glad I purchased an extended warranty in case this becomes more than a one time issue.

Gas Range...POOR Service otherwise it so far works

I now have to have for not one appointment but 2 b/c someone has to come and look at it and then order the part....I'm not a happy at all over this b/c I now will have spent 4 separate days sitting home and waiting for something to get taken care of with this stove. Otherwise it works great...I'm giving it a poor b/c of the service I have had to deal with

Worst oven ever - avoid

It looks nice but that is all. Within 6 months, all the knobs were broken - I called up Samsung and they replaced them. in another 6-8 months, the replacements were also broken - because it was out of warranty they would not replace them but wanted to charge me per knob. The only way I could get them not to break was to place a zip tie around the plastic to reinforce them but one still broke even with that fix. These knobs are a serious flaw and a safety hazard as you can't turn the knob properly to turn off the gas. Also within one month, the interior light stopped working and the cover will not come off to replace it. I will never buy anything from Samsung again and I am very disappointed.

Great addition

It is however very sensitive on the front panel so when I’m cleaning I’m constantly hitting the clear button. I for this for under $900 so I’m happy.
