The Authorized Svc. Co. is scheduled to check it this week, as there is a banging thump in the oven when it is turned on. Scary!!! The range is 3 weeks old. (Total cost: $1,238) There is no back-light on the control panel so I use a flashlight to see WHERE to press! Lots of fingerprints on the panel - ugh. On the bright side, it bakes beautifully. Take the good w/the bad

Ironically, this was a warranty exchange for Model: NX58H9500WS that had electrical issues. The door on the previous device locked in place and the touchpad went completely dead. The first night the wifi button didn't work, This unit here started having similar issues in less than 48 hours of usage, the entire touchpad stopped working. If Samsung is capable of making explosive phones, I don't see why they would have issues with making defective stoves.

Since the light bulb went off, you have an option to replace it, and don't worry, it only takes a minute to replace the bulb with a new one.
