PIECE OF GARBAGE

We have had it a little over a year and once again it has stopped working. The control panel is unresponsive although the pilot lights work. Arranging for service is a complete nightmare. Never again.

Unresponsive Panel

You have to unplug the oven for it to reset. Samsung has no solution for it. I would say, there are better options out there.

Panel died on day 1

Disappointed and frustrated

Called Best Buy can’t return because it’s past the 14 days. Spent 45 minutes on phone with Samsung to troubleshoot and still didn’t work. Now have to wait almost 3 weeks before technician comes to look at it. Very frustrating to spend good money on an item and then be inconvenienced and have it break after two weeks.

Samsung Appliances stink

Now it takes the oven 45 minutes to kick and heat up to 350 degrees. I just joined a class action lawsuit against Samsung as this problem is happening with many of there stoves. Not to mention the crappy refrigerator that just had to refund me the purchase price. Samsung makes awful kitchen appliances.

Grates scratch

Worst Customer Service

I have been in contact with Best Buy and Samsung countless times. I keep getting promised the caps but they are never sent. It has been a terrible experience.
