I had to read the manual to figure out how to setup and operate the electric controls & clock but it's not complicated once you read the instructions.

There is a bit of a learning curve when it comes to baking certain foods based on hots spots in the over, but just turn the pan half way through the baking process and that issue is resolved.

Now Best Buy and Samsung blaming each other’s And we are post off did not get any help from either either Best Buy or Samsung. I will be more happy if they ship a hot plate to us no question ask. We we like the range
