The driver told me turn the oven on to 400° for one hour to burn the excess stuff off from being shipped. Well it never heated up to 400. I got a 336 and blew the overheating code.I tried several times unplugging it each time because that was the only to turn it off. So I called Samsung and I called Best Buy which all directed to other countries which made it difficult to explain the problem and heightened my stress level. They told me I needed a new stove! that’s an hour and a half into my new stove being delivered!!! Talk about disappointed! when I ordered the new stove now they’re telling me it can’t be delivered until Friday, November 24 which is a day after Thanksgiving I now have no way to cook my Thanksgiving dinner!! And I am now going to cancel the order for this stove and get a more dependable brand… probably will have less bells and whistles, but at least it will work properly! What a nightmare!
