    as usual...best buy doesn't research its products. the air fryer oven doesn't come with ANY instructions. only a small info in about 4 languages....this is THE USA.....tried using air fryer and was a total disaster. you have to learn by trial and error....a lot of error and wasted $$$ and food.

    Disappointing Experience with Installation and CSR

    I recently purchased a range that, while satisfactory in terms of performance, was marred by an incredibly poor installation process. The installation crew made several mistakes: they left noticeable dents and were unable to connect a standard gas line properly. They claimed that the range had a unique fitting that they didn't have, which was hard to believe. After some back and forth, a customer service representative finally admitted that the installers were at fault, but this only came after a frustrating 40-minute phone call where I was initially told it was my gas line issue. To make matters worse, I discovered additional dents on the clock panel after the range was unwrapped. Given that I paid $1500 for this, the entire experience—ranging from the problematic installation to the inadequate customer service—has been deeply disappointing. I would not recommend this service to anyone based on my experience.

    Cheap knobs. The middle burner has never worked. And the bottom oven went out && will not come on. The air fryer doesn’t work well(I think it over heats)) you can not “bake” in the top oven without burning the top of EVERYTHING. So disappointed. It’s been nothing but a headache for 2 years. Regret buying this appliance.

    This Samsung stove is a complete piece of junk. I can’t bake because it burns all the edges of my cookies and brownies, then it’s raw in the middle. I have lowered the temperature of the oven, and it still burns and is raw in the middle. The double oven stove is useless. I’m so disappointed in Samsung!

    The first range that was delivered overheated immediately and had a code flashing. The second range they brought me, the stove top works, but the oven burns everything. Burnt on top and not done in the middle. So, now I’m trying to troubleshoot that.
