    Looks great, not very user friendly. The flex duo feature is disappointing. Air fryer doesn’t work half as well as my countertop appliance. Have to take out the divider to use some features. Cumbersome to rearrange the plates/racks. Would not recommend-regret replacing my Maytag Gemini.

    Has not worked right since install. Oven way too hot!. Overheats and burns everything.

    Bad Range

    We received the stove and converted it for propane. The top burners well. The oven only could reach 220 degrees after 45 minutes. I chatted with Samsung and was told to turn off the top burners and the oven would work. Well, how do you cook a meal when you can only use either the oven or top burners. We returned the range and went to Lowes and purchased a LG stainless steel range and it works great.

    This stive is great!! I love the 2 stoves so if i only need to heat up something , or cook for just me its so convient. Highly recommend this stove.

    So, brand new range--- and its burnt all my food, but only on 1 side. 1 side of my thanksgiving meals were burnt black and the other side not toasted at all. Its only heating/cooking one 1 side. Next- the material feels cheap and tinny. Yes I realize its stainless steel, but it feels like I could push through it and dent it with my finger. It feels like a cheap knock off. 3rd- not fingerprint proof. Truly upset about this purchase. I like my previous 10 year old oven more than this hunk of junk.

    Bounced back and forth. Extended warranty not help

    Brought it home, one of the legs were broken. Called Best Buy and they asked me to call Samsung since it’s under one year manufacturer warranty. They came inspected it and said it a cosmetic issue go back to Beat buy. Called Best Buy again and they are telling me to call Samsung again we can’t help you.

    This range had a fault code of C-20 after 2years of use, it was out of warranty and I purchased Best Buy service and the parts for the range were no longer available. I will never purchase another Samsung appliance.

    Damaged when received multiple times

    Defective stove. Haven’t gotten a good one yet. Supposed to get on now on September 12th. First two damaged one on sides and second one back of range crushed to stove top. Now have defective display. Hopefully good one on the 12th.

    Don’t even know where to start. Can’t really rate as only the range works. That works great. Oven itself has a sensor warning and we have yet to receive the new one.

    They never showed up and never called me I had to call them. I was told we would have to re schedule 30 days later! After waiting 30 days already. I understand having to wait for things, but show up or call. Meet your deadlines when you make them or have answers as to why.

    This range has been a godsend! I received it to replace an old end of its life GE, amd have been amazed at just how much of a difference it is. There are many features I'd like to highlight, for instance the main DUAL burner has 18,000 BTU power, which significantly lowers the time it takes to boil water or heat anything. The range has wi-fi capability that i have connected to my phone through the samsung app, which allows me to control the range remotely and is quite convenient. The double cavity oven is also very useful, allows to bake two things at the same time at different temperatures. The handles for the oven are easy to use, and the seperation may easily be taken out to make the oven full size for bigger roasts. Fuethermore it is a convection oven, which substantially lowers the cooking time, and everything comes out nice and even. Also it features an air fryer, where i have used it with the accompanying sheet rack, yet i would suggest to put that rack on top of a baking pan as oils may drip down from cooking meat/chicken. Overall im highly satisfied with the Range and couldnt be happier.

    No so shabby

    This is one of the best units I have used outside of a professional kitchen. I am a terrible baker and one of my first uses was to make peanut butter chocolate chip cookies. I followed the recipe and the turned out legit perfect. The air fryer took some time to get used to but it's going smoothly 1 months in. Heck of a deal on a solid product!
