Great purchase! A little bit of a learning curve, but I love it. The burners are phenomenal, heat like a commercial stovetop. The oven works as advertised, and the fact that you can use an app on your phone to control it is off the hook. I thought a WiFi stove/oven was a little bit weird, but is is actually very very useful.

We’ve used almost every feature on this unit and have found it to be high quality and well worth the money we paid. Be aware it takes a 5/8” gas pipe fitting, so change that before delivery if you don’t want to be left with a high cost (overpriced) swap out and last minute pressure upon delivery.

Works great - love the double oven option - the middle / griddle burner doesnt put out much flame but it looks like it will work fine. I havent tried it yet.

If you decide to take the risk and buy this, purchase the extended warranty. I am on my second replacement of this model in two months (the first one overheated by 30-40 degrees) and the oven in this style I purchased in 2021 suddenly stopped heating within a year and half. Without the extended warranty, I would have had no options after the first year and would have had to purchase another stove. My current (3rd) oven overheats by 10 degrees and is more manageable but disappointing for the money. To make matters worse, Best Buy and Samsung could not replace the parts even though the first oven was less than two years old and the second one was one month old, so I had no choice but to replace the entire stove. As if that was not bad enough, even though I am a Total Tech member, Best Buy decided to stop gas installations in my area and I had to pay for the last two installations. Best Buy said they would reimburse me for the installations, but decided after telling me they would reimburse me that they would only pay for one of the installations. I’ve purchased many appliances from Best Buy over the past seven years with few issues, and the performance of this oven has been the worst experience. On a positive note, the double oven feature and optional large oven flexibility is great. Just purchase an oven thermometer to make sure you don’t lose your food to temperatures that are too high or too low, and address any concerns using your extended warranty period if the oven fails you after the first year.

This stove/oven is amazing. Love all the features, air fry, convection, set 2 different oven temperature and the griddle on the stove. Heats quickly.

I love the clever design of the ovens. I can cook in two small ovens at the same time. The burners work so smooth and quickly. Plus it has an air fryer option!

I purchased the Black stainless steel version of this range. Apprently the finish peeling is a known issue, yet they continue to sell it. I had no idea until 3 months in it started peeling in a place where it doesnt get touched. Using a soft cloth makes it peel right off. Even though installed by a professional, the burner heat is either full blast or “low” but even low on the smallest burner cannot hold a simmer without scorching the bottom of rice. I am just about to lose knob number 3. They are plastic on the inside and it wears down very quickly and the knobs fall off. the two section oven is a joke. I get that its only separated by an insert but we cannot get the thermostat adjusted so that the temp range is within 25 degrees of fhe desired temp when trying to use the upper oven. I wonder if any of these high reviews were left after the first three days of owning this unit. Mine is 4 years old and its embarassing. I also tried to add photos and the app wont let me….hmmmm

I was hoping I didn’t have to write a poor review. I received our oven today and the installers barely spoke any English and had to trust they knew what they were doing. They didn’t test the oven to make sure it worked other than us checking the burners which worked. I was excited to try the oven for dinner to find the bake option looked as though it was working but it wasn’t and the word test would pop up then tried the air fryer option again the display appeared as working but it wasn’t actually working and the word test would pop up on the display. Upon researching the Samsung online manual suggested to turn the circuit off and will reset. We did this and no positive result. I called Best Buy support and told it would be 3-5 days for a replacement! Really I have to be out of a working oven for up to a week and I don’t trust getting a non speaking English installer to know how to fix the issue or install a new one that I may look at returning the oven and go elsewhere

Double oven doesnt have two completely separate doors ao if using both you have to open top to get to bottom. Otherwise its a good oven.

I have this stove for about 3 months - very limited instructions were provided about usage. I am still trying to find the way around - the size of burners are not practical for me, I don't know how to clean the spots on burner properly, the spots are still visible. The top oven doesn't seem to function as an oven, more like a broiler because of the open flame. When I baked a pie, the top of the pie was burnt, the bottom unbaked. The bottom oven is small and when I take the divider out, I still have only two racks for use. One more rack would be helpful. Neither one of them is possible to pull out on rollers as I was used to do with my old Maytag double oven. Maybe, it's just a habit, but I was happier with my old stove. I would appreciate more instructions on what to ideally bake where and how. It doesn't feel like two ovens stove, it feels more like an oven and broiler.
