So far I’m thrilled with quick warm up time for oven and even cooking on the range. I still need to try out cleaning options, air-fry and convection. Excited to do so!

I would not have needed the WiFi because I dont ever intend to leave my oven on when I am not home so dont need WiFi to adjust settings from my phone. I think most iowans would agree. Black stainless steel stoves are limited in that not too many choices in that.

Within the first year, we had to make 3 service calls to Samsung. They send technicians who dont speak english, lol. They had to replace all the burners under the cooktop. With the left side burners, if you put it on the lowest temp, between Low and 2. Your food burns instead of a simmer. Now the right side is the complete opposite, things take way too long to cook. The oven cookes things way to fast, if a recipe calls for 20 minutes, we have to set a timer for 15 minutes. While not a bad thing, i dont understand why no one at Samsung or Best Buy cannot figure this out. We are now dealing with Best Buy and as a total tech member, etc. They want to charge $80 every visit. This is the 2nd Samsung appliance we have bought from Best Buy and it will be our last.
